SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We are committed to processing and shipping all orders promptly and efficiently. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the time of purchase. Once your order has been processed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Exchanges will be permitted in Company's discretion on unused products. You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your product. Product must be in the same condition you received it in unopened and unused. To start an exchange, contact us using iconenoirecosmetics@gmail.com. If accepted, you will be prompted to pay for a return label and provided instructions. For any other return related questions contact us using iconenoirecosmetics@gmail.com.

Damages & Claims

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, if your item(s) arrive damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are here to help make it right.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items carefully. If you notice any damage or defects, contact us using iconenoirecosmetics@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include the following in your message:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item(s), including packaging if applicable

  • Your order number and contact information

Please note that failure to report damages within the specified timeframe may affect our ability to offer a full resolution.
